DESCRIPTION: As part of this :30 commercial promoting DC Lottery’s scratch off game, an original jingle was created and performed by Washington, DC music legend Chuck Brown. We shot it on the streets of DC featuring some iconic local sites. Of course we had to close down city streets, use a 30’ crane, employ some professional dancers, etc…All in a day’s work. Long live, Chuck!
