DESCRIPTION:  The Bipartisan Policy Center used this promotional video to help launch their Debt Reduction Task Force Report.  It was comprised entirely of stock footage that we supplemented with text and a layered treatment.  Of course we cast the Voice Over and scored it from one of our many music libraries.
